Shipping & Returns 
 
Return Policy:
 
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your product, provided it is in unused condition, and it is within 7 days of your invoice date.   All merchandise returned or exchanged will be subject to a 20% restocking fee less the shipping charges.   Shipping and handling on return merchandise will not be refunded or covered by us.
 
All returns must have a RA # (return authorization number) from us to be accepted.   Do not return product before getting this number.
 
Terms
 
-Shipping and Handling Fee are non-refundable.
-Return items are all subject to a 20% restocking fee.
-Return or refund can take up to 4 weeks to process.
-Original receipt and Invoice # required for any return and refund.
-All returns must have a RA# (Return Authorization Number) from us to be accepted.
-All items must be in new and resaleable condition, including the original box, packaging, and accessories.

Q: Do you offer a warranty or a guarantee on products?
A: All solar lighting products are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. Products are not warranted against misuse or abuse.
 
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If the product is returned unopened, the buyer pays the freight to return the product and a 10% restocking fee.
If the product is returned opened, the buyer pays the freight to return the product and a 30% restocking/repackaging fee.
 
Q: How will product(s) be shipped?
A: Your product(s) will be shipped via UPS ground, unless otherwise specified. Orders over $500 may be shipped via other methods. 
 
Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: Varies with items being shipped:  All lights are shipped using UPS ground from the warehouse.   All packages are shipped from our warehouse, zipcode 92683.  Rates are for the continental US.  If you are ordering from other than that,  you will need to contact us to get the actual rate which may be higher.   You will also need to contact us If you want items shipped faster than UPS ground as other methods are available but they haven't been built into this website yet. 
 
Q: Is my credit card information safe and secure when ordering at solarlightpro.com?
A: Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the money into our bank account without anyone ever seeing your credit card number or information.
 
Q: Once purchased, when will I receive my product(s)?
A: You will receive your order 7-14 days from when you place your order.
 
Q: Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
A: No, unless you're purchasing within Minnesota.
